I am so glad that I found Paleo Works! The food is amazing, and the prices are way cheaper than Factor, Whole30 delivery, and the other meal services (like Hello Fresh) that don’t have many Paleo options. Ordering is easy and my delivery person is so kind and very communicative when she is delivering. Paleo Works has a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and you can also buy in bulk. They are the BEST Paleo/Whole 30 meal delivery in the greater Nashville area. Highly recommend!!!

Just tried these guys out for the first time last week. Worked in restaurants for most of my life and Paleoworks food is fantastic. Met the owners and they were nice enough to show me around their kitchen. They have one of nicest catering kitchens in Nashville. You can tell they put a lot of thought and hard work into their recipes. If you work a desk job and want to start eating healthy, you’re not going to find a better option than Paleworks.
